Foam-Filled Column Cushion
Column Cushion, also known as a Column Protector, helps prevent damage to structural columns by surrounding them with a foam-filled polyethylene cushion. Available in a range of standard sizes that fit most square or round columns, the two blow-moulded hard shells can be installed in seconds without the need for any tools, and removed at any time for cleaning or maintenance.
Unlike most moulded column protectors which simply contain air, Column Cushion is filled with injectable expanding foam. This foam dramatically increases impact protection and helps the Column Cushion return to shape after impact. Cam-Lok Removable Bollards – Surface Mount
Surface mount removable bollards are ideal for installation where core drilling or slab penetration is not permitted. Cam-lok bollards are designed with a high quality 'bi-lock' removable core lock mechanism that is supplied with two security registered keys per bollard order.
Bike Rail – Style 1
Bike rails are manufactured from 48mm diameter mild steel pipe with a 3mm wall. They come in galvanised and powder coated Yellow or galvanised only models. Available in two sizes for surface mount and below ground models. Both models stand 800mm above ground, with 300mm extra for below ground installations.
Installation: Surface mount models have a 6mm thick, 150mm diameter surface mount flange that comes with eight 10 x 50mm masonry anchors. Below ground model has welded concrete starter bars.
Wheel Chocks – Rubber
Rubber wheel chocks made from moulded recycled black rubber are available in single and double-sided designs. They are suitable for light and heavy duty vehicles such as cars, utes, caravans, buses and trucks. The portable and compact design makes storage in your vehicle easy and non-invasive.
Pilot Hazard Lights
Like all of the other components in the Pilot system, the LED solar powered hazard light utilises our unique twist-lok quick connect system to attach to the full range of posts, cones, wall and magna-mount holders.
Pilot lights are available in Red, Green, White or Amber light. When fully charged after exposure to sunlight, the lights will continue to function for many hours without the need for batteries. A built-in 3 position switch allows the selection of OFF, FLASH or STATIC modes.
The reflective band at the top increases night visibility & indicates the colour of the LED's.
