Bike Rail – Style 3
A sturdy bike rail manufactured from marine grade 316 stainless steel and designed to accommodate 2 full size bicycles with the ability to lock both wheels and the frame for total security. Available with fully welded base plates for surface mounting, or extended legs with starter bars for setting into a concrete footing. Can be used indoors or out.
Bike Rail – Style 2
Manufactured from marine grade 316 stainless steel this bike rail is capable of accomodating two full size bicycles. Used indoors or out, the rail has the ability to lock both wheels and the frame for total security. Welded base plates for surface mounting, or extended legs with starter bars for setting into a concrete footing are also available.
Cable Protectors – Plastic
Plastic cable protectors come in Two, Three or Five channel design with a polyurethane and rubber construction. They are ideal for festivals, public events and workplaces. It has interlocking ends that allows for cable and hose protection across short or long distances.
Cam-Lok Removable Bollards – Surface Mount
Surface mount removable bollards are ideal for installation where core drilling or slab penetration is not permitted. Cam-lok bollards are designed with a high quality 'bi-lock' removable core lock mechanism that is supplied with two security registered keys per bollard order.
Co-Pilot Post & Base
Got a wind problem? Let the Co-Pilot take care of it. The biggest problem with long reach belt barriers used outside is wind. With its 20kg cast iron base and stainless steel post, Co-Pilot provides stability and mobility, while the 75mm non-marking polyurethane wheels and pozi-grip handle make positioning as simple as tilt and walk.
If necessary, stability can be increased even further through the addition of optional 10kg base weights, Up to two base weights at 10kgs each can be added bringing the total weight of the Co-pilot base up to 40kgs. Base weights can be added or removed at any time without the need for tools.
Directional Tactile Bar
Raised flat-top tactile bars are used to assist visually impaired individuals of the direction in which the path travels. While used for directional assistance for pedestrian travel, they also provide guidance around obstacles like street furniture in high foot traffic areas.
Dock-Safe-Q
Dock-Safe-Q is a lightweight rapid deployment temporary safety barrier system to prevent people tripping or falling from elevated loading docks.
Dock-Safe-Q is comprised of two parts (ordered separately) which can be used in conjunction or separately.
- The Dock-Safe receiver is a moulded rubber block that is mounted directly to the face of the loading dock (fixings supplied), this receiver can act as a dock bumper only or as dock bumper & panel holder.
- The Dock-Safe-Q-panel simply drops into sockets in the receiver, or panels can be used without receiver by core drilling a 50mm diametre hole into the floor to receive the panel posts.
Panels manufactured from blow moulded polyethylene, 2,130mm long x 900mm high, receivers are moulded rubber.

Foam-Filled Column Cushion
Column Cushion, also known as a Column Protector, helps prevent damage to structural columns by surrounding them with a foam-filled polyethylene cushion. Available in a range of standard sizes that fit most square or round columns, the two blow-moulded hard shells can be installed in seconds without the need for any tools, and removed at any time for cleaning or maintenance.
Unlike most moulded column protectors which simply contain air, Column Cushion is filled with injectable expanding foam. This foam dramatically increases impact protection and helps the Column Cushion return to shape after impact. So while other column protectors may look similar, ONLY Column Cushion by Barrier Group has the added advantage of foam fill.

Gal Plus
For around the same price as powder coated models, you can install hot dip galvanised steel bollards fitted with Skinz bollard covers reducing the need for paint and future maintenance costs.
Bollards fitted with plastic sleeves are ideal for congested car parks as they can reduce the impact damage caused to vehicles and bollards when they come into contact with each other. Likewise in shopping centres, maintenance to damaged bollards caused by shopping trolleys can be virtually eliminated.
Skinz sleeves have three grooves designed into the bollard cover that allows reflective tape to lay flush against the sleeve, greatly reducing the chances of the tape peeling.

Heavy Duty Steel Square Bollards
These square fixed bollards are available as surface mount or in-ground & are designed for traffic control situations or property & asset protection. Manufactured from heavy wall mild steel with a cast aluminium cap.
The bollards are available as hot dip galvanised only, hot dipped galvanised & powder coated Safety Yellow as standard or hot dipped galvanised & custom powder coated.
Surface mount bollards supplied with fixings & in-ground bollards have welded anchor bars.

Height Bar

Minimise the risk of damaging vehicles and property caused by oversize vehicles entering areas of restricted height by installing suspended Height Bars.
Height bars are available in a range of standard lengths from 2 metres all the way up to 6 metres. Each height bar is supplied with the necessary chain suspension kits and “LOW CLEARANCE” text, with your specified height in Black lettering on a White vinyl background.
Use height bars at locations where vehicles first enter an undercover area or encounter an overhead obstruction, where the clearance in either case is: (i) 3 metres or less if only cars or light vans are likely to use the facility or (ii) 4.6 metres or less in all other areas.
Holding Rails, Target Boards and Access Bollards
Holding Rails & Target Boards
Designed for use at pedestrian and cyclist crossings to allow the user to hold on to or rest against while waiting for traffic conditions to change. They are hot dip galvanised prior to being finished with a Yellow powder coat. They come complete with Class 1 Red/White reflective bands. Holding rails are available in two designs, rail only or rail with target board. Target boards are used where a holding rail is mounted at right angles to a path. In-ground sleeves with gibb keys are available in either core drilled or new concrete models.
Access Bollards
The prevention of illegal vehicle access is critical to avoiding damage to the pathways and lightweight bridge structures, particularly when they have been designed only for bicycle and pedestrian use. The bollards are all 140mm in diameter and 1050mm tall in either surface mount, below ground or removable designs with locking sleeves. They are hot dip galvanised, prior to being finished with a Yellow powder coat, and come complete with Class 1Red/White reflective bands.
