Light Duty Pedestrian Rail
ER-Rail is a flexible and economical warehouse safety barrier that is an ideal attractive and practical solution designed to control the movement of pedestrians. This post and rail system consists of 80 x 30mm aluminium rails in 2, 3 or 6 metre lengths that can be cut to any size with a power saw fitted with an aluminium cutting blade.
Rails are sold separately with optional surface mount (fixings supplied) or below ground posts, brackets and accessories available to allow for post and wall mounted installation. Designed to comply to AS 1657:2013 for balustrades and handrails when installed using ER-Rail mounting brackets.

One-Way Access Spikes
The Blade Runner one way access control consist of either a 1,000mm or 500mm heavy duty steel modules & steel end caps.
Each module has independently retracting teeth, when a vehicle approaches from the correct direction the teeth simply retract allowing the vehicle to pass freely, when approached from an unauthorised direction the teeth lock up denying access and risking almost certain tyre damage.
Key features of the one way access spikes include high visibility lime green powder coat finish and an ultra low profile construction to ensure adequate vehicle clearance. The one way access control system has been designed to provide a soft approach for vehicles due to its low ramp angle and reduced height. These same features also eliminate much of the noise commonly associated with older style products.
Six fixing points per metre (4 per 500mm module), heavy steel construction, steel end caps and revolutionary new spring design ensure a long service life with low maintenance.
WARNING: - Always check with your local authority or controlling body to ensure one way access spikes are allowable in your situation (this is the end users responsibility). One way access spikes MUST always be installed with an awareness sign kit. One way access spikes should always be placed clear of intersections and curved roadways. Failure to heed these warnings will void all warranties.

Pilot Hazard Lights
Like all of the other components in the Pilot system, the LED solar powered hazard light utilises our unique twist-lok quick connect system to attach to the full range of posts, cones, wall and magna-mount holders.
Pilot lights are available in Red, Green, White or Amber light. When fully charged after exposure to sunlight, the lights will continue to function for many hours without the need for batteries. A built-in 3 position switch allows the selection of OFF, FLASH or STATIC modes.
The reflective band at the top increases night visibility & indicates the colour of the LED's.

Pilot Telescopic Multi Post
Whatever you want it to be! The telescopic post is mounted to a mobile 20kg cast iron base that can extend 700mm from 1300mm to 2000mm or be locked anywhere between. Compatible with all Pilot accessories, Multi-Post can be configured in numerous ways using the included accessory mountings.
In outdoor or windy conditions the stability of Multi-Post can be increased through the addition of optional 10kg base weights Up to two base weights at 10kgs each can be added bringing the total weight of the Multi-Post base to 40kgs. The weights can be added or removed at anytime without the need for tools.
